Spice Nightlife is a glamorous subterranean restaurant bar and club - the go-to for exquisite food, cocktails and good times in the base of the old Sun Building in Fortitude Valley.

Head down the steps leading from the street entrance and to the left is a spacious colourful bar area with casual seating (including a couple of corner booths) and a dance floor and to the right is the stunning oriental den-style dining room.

A feature lit up red bar lines one wall and the rest of the space is taken up with a series of curved leather booths perfect for an intimate dining experience for couples or small groups of friends.

A match for the gorgeous decor is the food, which is up there with the best of Fortitiude Valley's restaurants, starting with snacks like Peking Duck & Davidson Plum spring rolls, Wagyu beef rendang curry puffs and heavenly Moreton Bay Bug and brioche toast.
