Taking its name from the Japanese word for garden - a space of balance, intention, and quiet transformation, the concept behing NIIWA is rooted in the philosophy of Ikebana, the way nature can shape atmosphere, ritual, and connection.
Featuring an outdoor garden setting where plants, light, and design soften the urban landscape, NIIWA brings a sense of nature into the heart of the city. Here's the place to settle in for long lunches, sundowners and late night reconniotres and enjoy signature bespoke cocktails, modern Japanese cusine (sushi and share plates).
The menu is designed for sharing, discovery, and long afternoons that run effortlessly into evening. Alongside selected weekday lunch services, NIIWA offers refined plates, sushi, and seasonal dishes created with balance and precision, showcasing flavours that feel familiar yet elevated. On Friday and Saturday nights from 9.30pm, a dedicated late-night menu is available so guests can stay on and enjoy their evening.

Signature dishes include a Shio Miso Edamame Dip with negi and goma, a delicate Spicy Tuna Dip with nashi pear, and a reimagined Okonomiyaki finished with pickled onion, mushroom, arare, and nori.
Sushi is a central focus, with offerings such as the Chef’s Omakase Selection (8 pieces), while dessert comes with a touch of playful elegance, including the NIIWA Garden, featuring kinako, strawberry, sake chocolate, and vanilla ice cream.
