Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers have expanded onto Brisbane's southside with Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers Pronto - a takeaway gnoccheria in Holland Park West.

With their very first ‘Pronto’ concept, the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers have streamlined the art of their renowned gnocchi dishes for those who need their carb-fix on the fly. In true Italian fashion, pronto means "ready," and that is exactly the vibe here—a sleek, takeaway-focused venue designed for locals on the go.

The menu features all the dishes popular with locals in other locations, with appetisers and salads such as mushroom & truffle or tomatio & mozzarella arancini; Caprese or house salad; toasted garlic bread and classic Italian bruschetta.

Gnocchi dishes include creamy basil pesto; creamy lobster bisque & barramundi; slow cooked lamb shank; carbonara; pork and fennel Italian sausage; traditional beef bolognese; and the chef's special duck ragu. There's also a range of spaghetti dishes and lasagne.
