Miss Claude's Crepes

Newmarket

Miss Claude's Crepes at Newmarket is a fully licenced authentic French creperie serving delicate sweet, savory and gluten free crepes all day, every day.

The highlight is watching Miss Claude and her team prepare each individual crepe right before your eyes (through a glass partition) in custom made crepe pans.

Miss Claude's Crepes

Normandy-style breakfast crepes (available until 2.30pm daily) come in a variety of flavors, such as crepe benedict (smoked salmon, cheese, eggs, hollandaise sauce), morning glory (ham, egg, avocado, mushroom) or the healthy start (Greek yogurt, granola, strawberries and banana).

Miss Claude's Crepes

'Create your own' crepes are available all day, as well as some creatively named options - Moulin Rouge, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, or the Claude Monet, while some of the popular savory crepes include Peking duck, BBQ duck, seafood mornay, or Mexican beef.

Miss Claude's Crepes

Aside from selling the best French crepes this side of Paris, Miss Claude's also serve local Esprosini coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes and juices, as well as freshly baked pastries.

Nice to know - Miss Claude's Crepes is part of Newmarket Village Food Precinct, and there is plenty of parking located beneath the building.
