Margate

Updated: Mar 13, 2019

Old Corner Shop is a colourful cafe well worth visiting in Margate on the Redcliffe Peninsula - just look out for the beach themed mural and handy street side take-away window straddling the historic corner itself.

This laid back cafe specialises in both sweet and savory toasted bagels, free range bacon and eggs, and breakfast on the go (including breakfast pots, breakfast bars and muffins).

The Old Corner Shop serves Schibello coffee, T2 teas and a wide selection of cold pressed juices (including apple, orange, kale, ginger, beetroot, celery and spinach), and healthy smoothies (The Haka, The Passion, Mango Narnie and Banana Berry).

Old Corner Shop, Margate

Children are welcome at The Old Corner Shop, with a colorful indoor play area including mini kitchen, pencils and library. There is also a "dog re-fuelling station", which is perfect for dogs on their way to or from a romp at nearby Margate Beach.

In a nutshell - Laid-back, family-friendly, pet-friendly cafe perfectly located on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
