Warehouse 25

Warehouse 25 is a funky gin and vodka distillery, bar and kitchen in a converted warehouse that once hosted secret underground music parties in the industrial back streets of Milton.

The distillery has a 100-litre vodka still and a 50-litre gin still, which operates under the name Calm Spirits Co and produces gins with calming properties, based on botanicals such as lavender, rose and lemon.

In keeping with its past, the massive indoor/outdoor split-level venue is able to host live music gigs as well as art exhibitions, with the basement available to hire for everything from functions to exhibitions, music and product launches.

The kitchen pumps out a menu of delicious eats, including gourmet bar snacks and small dishes to share such as Arancini and Caprese, Insaladas, Warmed Olive, as well as mouthwatering stone-based pizzas, all with a nod to Italy. 

Good to know - As well as the gin and vodka produced onsite, the drinks list offers wines, craft beers and creative cocktails, and they often have a happy hour, so check their Facebook page for details on when.
