Royal Hotel

Nundah

The Royal Hotel is a landmark destination in Nundah Village, having recently had a splendid makeover which highlights its heritage features and is the perfect destination for drink or a delicious bite to eat.

Step inside and instantly the streets of Nundah village feel like another world away, with the bar and bistro featuring exposed brick walls with original arched windows, polished timber bar with brass trim and historic black and white pics of the hotel on the walls.

Pervading the atmosphere is an air of quaint European formality (there’s a suited doorman) and warm Mediterranean hospitality where patrons are greeted and treated as guests in a home.

From the Royal Quarters, the hotel's live music venue to the timber-panelled cavernous private lounge, the Royal Hotel is home to unique spaces for every occasion.

On the bistro menu you'll find a huge range of classic pub fare and smaller dishes with a gourmet twist, including starters such as Moreton Bay bug roll, chicken & truffle terrine, mini fish ceviche tacos and tempura zucchini flowers.

Mains include chicken schnitzel or parmi; fish and chips; pasta marinara; press lamb shoulder or roasted chicken thigh; as well as burgers (beef, fried chicken or plant based schnitzel), pizza (margherita, pork, spud or vegetarian supreme), salads and sweets such as baked brie cheesecake and donut fries. There's also a kids and seniors menu.

Meanwhile from the bar there's an extensive range of beers, wines, cocktails and spirits, while the public bar is the perfect place for a get-together with friends or colleagues or to catch some live sports action.

Need to know - There is a limited amount of street parking nearby.
