Eagle Street Pier

Brisbane's Eagle Street Pier and Waterfront Place precinct are set to be transformed into a world-class business and leisure destination with a landmark $2.1 billion re-development.

The multi-billion dollar city-changing plan includes two new office towers, one with 49 floors and another with 43, overlooking the Brisbane River, as well as riverfront dining, a retail strip and 9,000 square metres of riverside public space.  In addition, the re-development will feature new moorings for commercial vessels. 

Set to become Brisbane's premier precinct for business, shopping and dining, the Eagle Street Pier Building will make way for the redevelopment which will include direct access to a riverwalk.

Construction at Eagle Street Pier will begin by 2022, with the first tower expected to be completed by 2026.
