Da Biuso is Brisbane's first mobile fine diner, bringing a bespoke elegant dining experience to the streets of Brisbane, and stationed at Bretts Wharf, Hamilton.
Guests are treated to a fine dining experience that is hosted on a custom, fully fitted coach designed to feel like a first-class dining suite.
From the ex-owners of La Casa Nostra in Fortitude Valley, the restaurant comfortably seats 12, with a commercial kitchen and bar onboard.
The Mediterranean infused, innovative menu is a degustation that celebrates fresh ingredients and beautiful produce, each item on each dish painstakingly crafted. A signature item is the Spritz Cocktail with scampi.
Da Biuso runs full-service dinner experiences from Thursday to Sunday, from 5.30pm until late, and lunch from Friday to Sunday, from 12-3pm.
After a stint in Hamilton, the bus will stay on the move and relocate to new locations around Brisbane and also be available for private hire. They will be able to do private functions and catering by transporting the venue pretty much anywhere.
Need to know - For a six-course degustation menu guests can expect to pay $170pp and bookings are now open.
