DAS HAUS CAFE & BAR HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Das Haus in Hamilton is a coffee nook by day, craft beer bar by night offering top-class coffee, beer, wine and cocktails. 

Open daily, Das Haus caffeinates customers with their signature blend of coffee crafted by Merlo, served along with flaky croissants and giant pretzels provided by a German bakery.

Also on hand is a selection of vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free treats by Sweet Nectar such as berry ripe balls, peanut butter cups, caramel crumble and white chocolate raspberry slices.

For something more substantial, there are classic jaffles like the Aussie, filled with baked beans and Swiss cheese, and the Italian, stuffed with salami, onion, mozzarella, pizza sauce and chilli flakes. 

Alternatively, there are pizzas ranging from vegetarian and margherita to barbecue chicken and diavola with hot salami, tomato, onion, chilli and pizza sauce; as well as share boards piled high with breads, dips, cured meats, cheeses and olives.  

From Thursday to Sunday 'til late, Das Haus operates as a bar with craft beer on tap plus another 20 in the fridge, a concise wine list and classic cocktails.
