Rabbit & Co

Coorparoo

Rabbit & Co is Coorparoo's new go-to for well-brewed coffee and delicious all day breakfast fare, from classic bacon and eggs to brekkie bao buns and poke bowls.

A sibling for The Rabbit Hole cafes in Seven Hills and Wynnum,  the Coorparoo cafe has been winning over locals since opening at the tail end of 2020.  While seating is limited inside the small cafe with minimalist decor, families and friends flock together on the footpath, provided with picnic style tables.

The all day menu boasts a bounty of breakfast offerings, from bacon and eggs, and brekkie burgers (fried egg and bacon), to smashed avo with quinoa loaf, poached eggs, goat's cheese and beetroot hummus, and brekkie bao buns with scrambled eggs, haloumi and house made relish.

Sweet tooths can indulge in dark chocolate pancakes with ganache, berry coulis, strawberries and chantilly cream; while health conscious peeps can opt for poke bowls with brown rice, spinach, edamame, pickled radish, kale, and apple slaw with walnut pepita crumb and lemon tahini dressing, or super green breakfast (sauteed broccolini, kale, sugar snaps, green beans, toasted sesame and hummus).

Lunch dishes (available from 7am) round out the menu, ranging from karaage chicken baos and beer battered fish with fries, to buttermilk chicken burgers and chilli roasted chicken with kaffir lime and lemongrass infused risotto, served with sauteed broccolini.

Rabbit & Co is kid friendly with a dedicated menu for children that includes a kid's brekkie of scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown and cheese toast, a granola bowl with fresh fruit and yoghurt, waffles with maple syrup, strawberries and vanilla ice-cream, or bolognese sauce with penne pasta.

Coffee on pour is locally roasted by Bear Bones. Besides coffee, there's tea, cold brew, cold pressed juices, milkshakes and smoothies in scrumptious flavours like cookies and cream, mango, berry and green (kale, spinach, mango, banana and coconut water).
