Trip to Hanoi Banquet - Enjoy a flavour-packed Vietnamese set menu at Annamese, designed to showcase a balance of bold and comforting dishes for $69. Start with share-style entrées, followed by a main spread featuring rich, slow-cooked flavours and classic sides, before finishing with a traditional sweet treat. For an added touch, opt for a wine pairing to complement the experience and round out a relaxed, satisfying meal.

Phoenix Yum Cha Mystery Box - Enjoy a fun Yum Cha Mystery Box experience at Brisbane Phoenix with a chef-selected 6-piece dumpling platter, offering a surprise mix chosen on the day. Pair your dumplings with your choice of drink from a crisp XXXX Gold Lager, Great Northern Super Crisp Lager, or a glass of house white or house red for $30.

Phoenix Banquet - Savour a curated mouth-watering banquet dinner offer at Brisbane Phoenix Chinese Restaurant for $75 per person. Begin the experience with delicate prawn dumplings and rich Hong Kong-style Peking duck pancakes before diving into standout mains including succulent steamed coral trout with fragrant ginger and shallot soy, crispy salt and chilli king prawns and calamari, and golden crispy skin chicken tossed in a fiery XO chilli sauce. Paired with fragrant BBQ pork fried rice and vibrant seasonal sides, the evening finishes on a sweet note with decadent chocolate fondant and fresh seasonal fruit.

Thai Crying Tiger Beef & Beer - Indulge in the bold flavours of North Eastern Thai cuisine with Phat Boy’s signature Crying Tiger Beef for $35. Tender beef brisket is marinated with aromatic Thai spices, grilled rare to perfection, then thinly sliced for a rich and smoky finish. Served with your choice of Thai beer for the perfect pairing.

Prefer something different? Thai beer can be substituted with wine or a soft drink upon request.

The Lex Tasting Menu  - A sparkling arrival and four courses of modern Australian cuisine is at its seasonal finest for $120 per person. Let The Lex’s chefs take the lead with a curated journey through the season’s most exciting creations, featuring highlights from the restaurant’s NYC-inspired grill. Elevate the experience with the wine pairing add-on, expertly matched to every course.

This offer allows you to have the full experience, from the glass of Champagne on arrival to premium level snacks and entrées, followed by a main from the grill and a decadent dessert.
