Things are heating up at Terraces Restaurant located within the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast in April with Taste of Southeast Asia Month.

From the 3rd of April, patrons are invited to discover the enticing aromas and vibrant flavours of Southeast Asian cuisine, embarking on a culinary journey through the diverse region.

Featuring an array of delectable dishes that capture the essence of Southeast Asian culinary traditions, the mouthwatering menu includes iconic dishes such as Singaporean Chili Crab, flavourful Pork Adobo, rich
Indonesian Beef Rendang, and the beloved Nasi Goreng plus much more!

On weeknights, diners will delight in the aromatic spices of Southeast Asia with the restaurant's live station serving up piping hot Laksa, while weekends bring the freshness of Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls to your table.

Remember to save room for dessert, with a tasty selection of sweet treats on offer, including Thai fried bananas, creamy coconut tapioca with lychee and pineapple, plus crowd pleaser mango sticky rice.
