Sunday Sunsets - Speakeasy

Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct

Journey through the jazz age with live music and a free dance workshop by Speakeasy at the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct.

This show has been postponed due to flooding and awaits new dates.

Step back in time to the Roaring 20’s for a fabulous afternoon of jazz music, Charleston dancing, and prohibition-style giggle water with the hotsy-totsy cast of Speakeasy!

Featuring live vocals, beautiful harmonies, and fabulous flappers set to an authentic soundtrack from artists like Glenn Miller, Fred Astaire, Duke Ellington and many more, this lively nod to the past will set your soul alight.

So, let Speakeasy take you back to the jazz age when liquor was banned, jazz music was rife, and dancing was all that mattered.

Nice to know - If you want to brush up on your dance steps, join in the free dance workshop from 2:30pm-3:30pm before the 4pm cabaret show.
