Fans of mega-action moto-tainment should book early for The Spectacular Monster Jam on Saturday 7 October, at the Queensland Sports and Athletics Centre, Nathan.
Don’t miss this chance to see the legendary Monster Jam trucks in super-charged action. Four metres tall, four metres wide and weighing in at 5,500kgs, these mighty machines can accelerate from 0-100kph in under 3 seconds and can literally fly up to 12 metres high over a distance equal to 14 cars side by side.
Video of Gravity is only a suggestion...An event highlight will be seeing Queensland dynamo Rhianna Buchanan crowned Australia’s first ever Monster Jam driver, after being invited to join the exclusive driver line-up for this extravaganza. Renowned for her need for speed, fearless attitude and show-stopping girl power moves, Rhianna will be taking on an all-star line-up including U.S. Monster Jam greats Adam Anderson driving the Famous Grave Digger®, and two-time Monster Jam finalist Todd LeDuc in crowd favourite Monster Energy. New truck additions include Alex Blackwell in Megalodon™ and Jon Zimmer in EarthShaker™.
As well as breathtaking stunts the revved-up action features super-charged driver competitions - including Monster Jam racing and the Freestyle competition. For the first time this year, Australia will witness the ultimate showdown where motorsport royalty vie to be the fastest in the unique Race of Champions “ROC Factor” competition.
Need to know - Brisbane will launch the Australian Monster Jam 2017 tour at a new family-friendly show time at 6pm, with the famous photo and autograph-friendly Party in the Pits® running from 1pm where fans get can up close with their favourite trucks and superstar drivers.
