Celebrate the Easter season with some of the finest choral music performed by one of Australia’s premier choirs, talented soloists and live orchestra, in the splendid surrounds of Brisbane’s historic Cathedral of St Stephen, on Friday, April 5, 2024.

Presented by The Queensland Choir, this Easter event offers concert-goers the chance to hear outstanding classically-trained singers performing uplifting and much-loved choral music, backed by one of Australia’s premier choirs and the Sinfonia of St Andrew’s orchestra, conducted by Kevin Power.

The Easter Concert programme features two glorious choral masterpieces by two of the greatest composers of all time. Music lovers will be treated to performances of Bach's joyous cantata for Easter Sunday with Beethoven's dramatic account of Christ's emotional turmoil and suffering in the Garden of Gethsemane.
