The Mel Brooks Broadway smash set the record for most Tony Award wins, which should be enough to convince anyone to see the show, but ultimately it is just a wild night out.
With big Broadway numbers and a script sure to deliver belly-laughs, this show is the perfect for date night, night out with friends, or for those who skipped ‘ab day’ at the gym.
The plot follows oddballs, Broadway Producer Max Bialystock and Accountant Leo Bloom, as they round-up New York’s least-talented entertainers to put on “a flop”, all in the name of making a fortune.
The audience is introduced to a circus of characters played by some of Brisbane’s best local talent, including an outrageously flamboyant theatre director, a Swedish sex-bomb, and an army of thirsty grandmas.
