Ciao Brisbane. The Pasta Cruiser is no longer cruising Brisabne's streets as of 2014.
the latest food truck to hit the streets, serving up big bowls of fresh pasta with home-made sauces. Choose your own pasta including linguine, spaghetti and tri-coloured spirals and top with your favourite sauce like roasted pumpkin, sundried tomato and feta, spicy tomato, chorizo and chilli, beef and pulled pork bolognese or olive oil, garlic and chilli. Or opt for the daily special such as ravioli with lamb, tomato and rosemary.
Drinks wise you can stick with Italian and wash down your pasta with San Pellegrino sparkling mineral water or choose Orchy’s orange juice or Hank’s black cherry soda. If you still have room for dessert, the Pasta Cruiser stocks Pat & Stick’s gourmet ice-cream sandwiches in fabulous flavours like caramel pecan, strawberry choc chip and mochaccino to name a few.
You can find the Pasta Cruiser at Carzoos (Ipswich Road) in Woolloongabba for now but expect to see the cruiser in a suburb near you soon.
