The best of a field of 350 photos covering sport, news and daily life are on tour for this annual expo with a short stint at the Brisbane Powerhouse. And this year’s crop are literally straight off the press, having been judged by the crème de la crème of industry peers in November 2013.

Some of the photos are shocking, some exhilarating and some plain stunning but best of all they are a chance to relive the ups, downs and triumphs of the year that has just been for free through the lens of Australia’s best photojournalists.
