Moreton Bay Farm Trail

The Moreton Bay Farm Trail returns for a Spring adventure on Saturday, September 7, showcasing a diverse array of local food and flower farms, nestled in the picturesque Moreton Bay region.

This exclusive ticketed event provides a unique opportunity for South East Queensland residents and visitors to embark on a self-driving journey, to visit and be inspired by 12 local farms (ranging from backyard enterprises and small-scale plots to large commercial farms) located in the picturesque Moreton Bay.

Visitors will gain exclusive behind-the-scenes access to a diverse array of family-owned farms. Experiences on offer include farmer talks, self-guided tours, children’s activities, learning experiences about permaculture, community gardening and regenerative farming.

More than 20 other local Moreton Bay businesses will participate at Farmer’s Hubs held across the trail, and a variety of tasty food options will be available for visitors to enjoy.

Along the trail, visitors can directly purchase fresh market produce, in-season strawberries, cut-flowers and plants, fresh meat products, award-winning wine, jams and honey, plus compost and more. For a full list of the participating farms, click here.
