Charlie's Bar & Kitchen

Ipswich

CHARLIE'S BAR & KITCHEN HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Charlie's Bar & Kitchen brings a contemporary vibe to a landmark old world Ipswich hotel, circa 1861.

The heritage listed building maintains many of its original features including fireplaces in many of the high-ceilinged rooms.

Aside from the front bar, there is a stylish dining room with a tempting lunch (11am - 2pm) and dinner (6pm - 8.30pm) menu ranging from burgers or salt & pepper squid to rump steak or chilli crab & prawn fettucini.

A snack menu is available all day including sticky buffalo wings, and loaded gourmet wedges. Daily specials in Charlie's Bar & Kitchen include taco tuesday and wing'd up Wednesday as well as live music and DJs on the weekend.

Downstairs there is a spacious games room, while the middle floor has comfy lounges and an outdoor deck. Upstairs at Charlie's Bar & Kitchen there are function rooms available for hire with outdoor access to verandahs overlooking Ipswich's "top of town" heritage precinct.

In A Nutshell - Modern pub in an historic setting, featuring a stylish dining room, lounge rooms, and upstairs function rooms available for hire.

Nice To Know - Parking is available along Brisbane St.
