Charboys Burgers

Bulimba

CHARBOYS BURGERS BULIMBA HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Charboys Burgers is slinging juicy chicken and beef burgers along with tasty sides from its first bricks-and-mortar store in Bulimba.

Charboys Burgers, Bulimba

One of Brisbane's most popular burger joints has shut-up shop in the city and moved across the river to Bulimba, opening on  Oxford Street. Formerly housed in a bright-red shipping container on Edward Street, the burgeoning burger business has transformed an old Shingle Inn into a trendy new eatery featuring rustic decor and pops of greenery, with dining inside and out.

Charboys Burgers, Bulimba

Open daily for lunch and dinner, Charboys offers a range of drool-worthy burgers from their classic cheese burger featuring hand-pressed wagyu beef patty, American cheddar and Charboys signature sauce, to the Queenslander (southern fried chicken, American cheese, bacon, grilled pineapple and coconut chilli sauce) and the Carnivore (fried chicken, wagyu beef, bacon, American cheese and salad).

Otherwise, there's a Brekky burger with egg, bacon and cheese, a Vego burger (lentil patty, American cheese and BBQ hickory sauce) and not-for-the-faint-hearted Scorcher - double wagyu beef, double cheese, bacon, hashbrown, jalapeños, signature and sriracha sauces.

All Charboys burgers are served on a buttery brioche bun and include Charboys signature 'secret' sauce. In fact, their signature sauce is so secret, the recipe isn’t written down anywhere. It's made to taste by owner Shravan Gautam

Charboys Burgers, Bulimba

Add a tasty side of Filthy Fries topped with southern fried chicken, cheese, bacon, onions, jalapeños, signature sauce, coconut chilli and BBQ hickory, or crispy beer-battered onion rings sprinkled with Charboys signature seasoning.

While there's no dessert on the menu, customers can wash it all down with a delicious milkshake such as cheesecake, cookies 'n' cream or vanilla.
