BRENDAN'S CAFE ON THE GOODWILL BRIDGE HAS CLOSED AS OF FEBRUARY 2022.
Café on the Goodwill Bridge would have to be Brisbane’s most unique coffee spot and one that everyone should visit regularly at sunrise.
The little shaded kiosk juts out half way across the Goodwill Bridge and attracts a steady trade from pedestrians and cyclists who stop for a caffeine refuel, a chat and to take in views across the splendid city, vibrant South Bank and the distant mountain vistas.
Brendan’s is the ideal spot to watch the city wake up or take time out from the daily grind while enjoying a well-brewed Merlo coffee, a tasty pastry - sweet or savoury - and on a hot summer days, a small tub of Connoisseur ice-cream.
Good to know - the colourful, recyclable take-away cups change regularly.
