Bell Bros Coffee House

Fortitude Valley

BELL BROS COFFEE HOUSE HAS CLOSED.

Bell Bros Coffee House is a gorgeous 1920s style cafe in the base of landmark heritage Bell Bros furniture building in Fortitude Valley.

This the first café that the owners have opened, serving their very own Mt Glorious woodfire roasted Coffee (one of only 2 places in Australia to make woodfire roasted coffee).

Inside Bell Bros Coffee House there is both lounge seating and tables for diners to sit and enjoy their coffee and/or snack.

Coffee is of course their specialty, which comes in many different forms. Blends can be chosen by the customer, as well as the style of coffee they are after.

Cold press is a popular choice, which Bell Bros. Coffee House has creatively designed in a menu from around the world. Sip on the Vietnamese cold brew which includes a spoonful of condensed milk, or an American which is a strong, black cold brew coffee blend. A favourite for locals is the Canadian cold brew, which is a sweet and smooth blend.

A range of exceptional teas are also available to order from Chi Tea, a local tea company. The oolong is a recommendation from the owner, as well as their freshly ground matcha.

Snacks adorn the front cabinet, with everything from pies to sausage rolls, breakfast wraps to sandwiches. Sweet treats also top the counter for something to enjoy with your morning or afternoon coffee.

The owner’s wife operates her florist from the coffee shop as well, so the café is abundant with gorgeous trinkets and fresh blooms.

Need to know – limited street parking is available.

Nice to know – coffee can be purchased in take home packs, ready for you to brew at home. The floristry also offers floral workshops, such as terrarium building classes.
