See the very best Australian swimmers in action in Brisbane at the 2017 Hancock Prospecting Australian Swimming Championships this April.

Rio Olympic and Paralympic heroes (including Kyle Chalmers, Mack Horton and Ellie Cole) along with a crop of rising stars will be fighting for first place and a spot on the World Championship teams.

2015 World Champions Bronte Campbell, Emily Seebohm and Mitch Larkin will be there, racing for the chance to defend their titles in Budapest, while Paralympic gold medallists Maddie Elliott, Lakeisha Patterson, Tim Disken and Brenden Hall will be taking a shot at selection onto the Para World Championship team going to Mexico.

Swimming isn’t the only attraction at this epic event, with plenty of out of pool action for all ages at the brand new ‘Centre Lane’.

Here, attendees can kick back, relax and enjoy street food from an impressive range of food trucks for a picnic by the pool, along with music and fun activities for kids.

Frozen Sunshine, Boost, COON Cheese, How We Rolls, Rolling Stone Pizza and Mr Barista are just some of the food trucks peddling their delicious fare.

In a nutshell - Over five days of fast paced heats and finals action, audiences have a rare chance to witness dreams come true as champions are crowned and next generation stars are found.

Need to know - *Heats commence at 11:00am with Finals from 7:30pm. Tickets start at just $5 for kids and $10 for adults.
