Ásgeir, the renowned Icelandic singer-songwriter, returns to Brisbane for his first performance in the city and Australia since 2018, when he performs at Brisbane Powerhouse on Saturday, June 3, 2023.

Playing headline shows across the country, the singer-songwriter and musician will give Brisbane fans the first chance to experience music from his latest album Time On My Hands.

As well as his new music, fans of Ásgeir will also be treated to favourites from his critically acclaimed back catalogue.

Ásgeir began his music career in 2012 with his debut album, Dýrð í dauðaþögn (In the Silence), which quickly became a chart-topping success in Iceland and earned him critical acclaim.

In addition to his debut album, Ásgeir has released two more albums, Afterglow (2017) and Bury The Moon (2020). His music has been praised for its poetic lyrics, haunting melodies, and ethereal vocals, sung in Icelandic and English.

Don't miss Ásgeir when he brings his unique sound that blends folk, electronic, and pop music to Brisbane in June.
