Mould: A Cheese Festival

Brisbane Showgrounds

Brisbane's getting a mammoth cheese festival at the John Reid Pavilion, Brisbane Showgrounds from May 24-26.

After successful, sell-out events since 2017 in capital cities, MOULD, Australia's favourite cheese festival, is coming to Brisbane even bigger and better this year.

Celebrating the crumbly cheddar, gooey camembert and bitey blue by the best artisan producers (think Bruny Island Cheese Co, Nimbin Cheese & Milawa Cheese) from across the country, the festival will bring together the best artisan producers from across the country for 3 days of cheese, wine, masterclasses and more.

To wash down the more than 80 varieties of cheese, there will be heaps of wines, whisky, sake, beer and cider available to purchase at the bars. And alongside the best Australian cheeses, there will also be a full food program featuring dishes from local cheesemongers and others available to purchase.

Good to know - MOULD is presented by REVEL, the team behind cult wine event Pinot Palooza in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese Co. and Dairy Australia.

Need to know - Tickets are strictly limited and sell out quickly, so book now!
