SeaVibes

Manly

SeaVibes Kitchen and Bar is Manly's go-to for fresh delicious seafood for all occasions, from fine dining to take-away.

Located in prime position on the Esplanade overlooking Manly harbour, SeaVibes offers the best of both worlds. Patrons can choose to dine inside a chic, modern dining room featuring coastal decor, or dine al fresco in the garden terrace with picturesque, water views.

SeaVibes, Manly Harbour

The restaurant's focus is fresh, sumptuous seafood serving share plates of barbecued prawns, seared scallops, oysters kilpatrick,  and buckets of mussels. Otherwise, there's bruschetta, duck spring rolls and a charcuterie plate piled with a tasty selection of cured meats, pickled cornichons, warm marinated olives and crusty sourdough.

Mains include fresh catch of the day served with seasonal sides, pan-fried Tasmanian salmon with roasted pumpkin and baby broccolini, and seafood linguini with prawns, clams and squid in a delicious white wine sauce. Non-seafood dishes worth trying are sumac spiced lamb rump and juicy rib fillet steak.

SeaVibes is child-friendly with a kids menu consisting of battered fish pieces, mini steaks, and oven-baked chicken strips served with chips, salad and Frog in the Pond for dessert.

Meanwhile, adults can devour delectable desserts such as poached pears with black cherry and vanilla compote, crème fraîche and chocolate soil, and gourmet ice-cream sandwiches - chocolate brownie, marshmallow, Neopolitan ice-cream and toasted coconut.

SeaVibes, Manly

Take-away includes fish and chips - choose from cod, sea perch, barramundi, snapper, and salmon, crumbed, battered or grilled - as well as gourmet beef, lamb and haloumi, grilled chicken, barramundi and veggie burgers. Don't forget to add a side of handmade onion rings, sweet potato chips, potato scallops or deep-fried mozzarella sticks.

Nice to know - SeaVibes serves breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
