The Veuve Clicquot Chalet at Customs House is Brisbane's must-visit Aspen-inspired pop-up bar with glamorous riverside igloo chalets, premium champagne, cocktails and a warming winter menu.
Luxury champagne house, Veuve Clicquot, has partnered with Brisbane's heritage icon to create this stylish pop-up bar boasting Brisbane's best views. Visitors will enjoy intimate views overlooking the river and Story Bridge while sipping Veuve Clicquot NV, Veuve Clicquot Rosé (the first ever sparkling rosé) and Veuve Clicquot 2008 Vintage in cosy igloos.
In addition, there's a selection of beers, wines and champagne cocktails like Clicquot Pear 75 (Belvedere Pure vodka, lemon juice, pear juice and Veuve Clicquot Brut), or try a frosty Polish Mule (Belvedere Pure, elderflower syrup, Fever Tree ginger beer, Angostura bitters and lime).
Tasty winter bites include ocean trout toasties with crème fraîche and fennel marmalade, and whole-baked brie with thyme and crostini. For a cool $40, guests can devour delicious citrus-poached Moreton Bay bug croissants with lime mayo and chips with parmesan and truffle aioli served with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Brut.
From July 4, Veuve Clicquot will host Clicq-mas at Customs House, an unmissable Christmas in July celebration. Patrons can indulge in Yuletide treats including chestnuts, mini Yorkshire puddings, grilled quail with cranberry and red currant relish, and eggnog panna cotta with poached cherries.
Get the gang together for this festive feast in July between Thursday to Saturday from 4pm or Sunday from 12-4pm and Customs House will upgrade your reservation with a magnum of Veuve Clicquot Brut for all bookings of eight or more.
Nice to know - Walk-ins are welcome, however, if you don't want to miss out, individual igloos can be reserved Thursday through Saturday from 4pm and Sunday from 12-4pm (minimum spend required).
