Valentine's Dinner at Bacchus

South Bank

Treat your loved one – and your taste buds – to an exquisite four-course Valentine’s Day Degustation dinner at the award-winning Bacchus Restaurant, South Bank on Friday, February 14.

The stunning gold-and-chestnut surrounds of Bacchus make for the perfect setting to spend the most romantic night of the year.

Valentine's Day Bacchus

Sit back and enjoy some precious time with your sweetheart as you feast on some fine food, carefully curated by the talented Bacchus team.

Start things off with (among other things) a fish croquette and a Campari & orange sphere, before moving on to some lightly-torched Hervey Bay scallops served with chardonnay sauce and Calvisius caviar.

Valentine's Day Bacchus

Then move onto gnocchi (with squid ink, prawns, mussels, cuttlefish, burrata & zucchini flower) and premium Diamantina wagyu accompanied by peas, Dutch carrots & truffle jus. Finish off on a sweet note with some petit fours and a lush passionfruit dessert featuring mascarpone, caramel & yuzu.

Bacchus Valentine's Day

The best part is, these tasty morsels are designed to be enjoyed by the whole table, so you won’t have to make any of those tough food choices.

Need to know – Valentine’s Day Degustation costs $169pp or $229pp with paired wines. Arrival times are 6.15pm or 8pm, and bookings are essential.
