Sunset Cabanas
Customs House
Sunset Cabana Bar has been replaced by Veuve Clicquot Chalet Bar as of May 2019.
The Sunset Cabana bar at Customs House is the perfect spot for sundown drinks, with stunning views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge from riverside cabanas.
Brisbane’s iconic Customs House has partnered with Australia’s premier producer of sparkling wine, Chandon, to give guests the ultimate Chandon S experience, including the Sunset Cabana pop-up bar, bottomless brunches and free-flowing Chandon.
Enjoy balmy Brisbane evenings at the riverside cabanas, swathed in white sails and greenery, while sipping Chandon S - a unique combination of sparkling wine and hand-blended orange bitters, inspired by champagne cocktails of yesteryear.
Libations on offer at the Sunset Cabana bar include a range of Chandon sparkling wines and cocktails matched with a mouth-watering menu of small bites and snacks such as prawn bruschetta with fennel, lemon and aioli, mini steamed duck buns and Korean fried chicken sliders.
From February 10, S is for Sunday bottomless brunches. Customs House’s signature restaurant, Patina, is launching a new Brunch menu and is also offering a four-course menu ($50) including seasonal delights like spanner crab omelette, sweet potato waffles with Korean fried chicken, and buttermilk pancakes with brûléed banana. Brunch is available from 9:30am to 3pm.
Patrons can add a 2-hour unlimited Chandon package - Chandon S, Chandon Sparkling Brut Rosé, Chandon Bellinis and Belvedere Bloody Marys - for an additional cost.
Alternatively, guests can enjoy the unlimited Chandon drinks package alongside a la carte dishes from Patina’s existing brunch menu.
Need to know - Sunset Cabanas opens on Feb 9th.
