Join Queensland's First Lady (1859-1868), Lady Diamantina Bowen, on a fascinating History Tour at Old Government House, running from March 17 to May 10, 2020. 

After a sell-out season in 2019, professional actor Natalie Cowling, who has a keen interest in local history and storytelling, returns to the heritage-listed sandstone building as Lady Bowen, renowned for introducing a sense of elegance into the new colony. 

Be inspired by Natalie's interpretation of one of Queensland's most influential woman on this guided tour, as she gives you an exclusive and insightful tour of the house and gardens.  

Step back in time on your exclusive walk around, as Lady Bowen shares her rich insights into life in early Brisbane, and see how Brisbane has progressed since Lady Bowen laid some of its most vital social cornerstones. 

Guests will be able to connect with Lady Diamantina on a more personal level over morning or afternoon tea as she hosts you on her private verandah.
