Every Saturday from 12:30pm, The Westin Brisbane's signature restaurant hosts an unforgettable high tea. Surrounded by a green oasis and an abundance of natural light, guests will enjoy a decadent high tea fit for royalty.

Gourmet sandwiches and savouries include Milawa chicken and granny smith apple pin wheels, roast beef rolls with Pommery mustard, horseradish mayo, balsamic onion marmalade and watercress, Noosa prawn remoulades with fennel slaw, yuzu, avocado crème and salmon roe, smoked salmon with finger lime whipped brie cheese and glazed asparagus, and ciitrus cream cheese, mint and cucumber finger sandwiches.

Divine desserts consist of choux au craquelin (blueberries cream cheese), royal chocolate sandwiches, passionfruit banana macarons and lemon meringue tarts.

But that's not all. What would a high tea be without scones? Guests will enjoy warm traditional buttermilk scones and date scones served with strawberry, rose petal preserve, lemon curd and clotted cream. In addition, guests can sip champagne, prosecco or tea and coffee with this ultimate high tea.  

$55 per person with tea or coffee

$60 per person with a glass of Dal Zotto Prosecco

$72 per person with a glass of Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Champagne
