Christmas is arriving early this year at the iconic Treasury Hotel, with The Lab restaurant hosting Christmas Lunches every Friday from November 5 until December 19, 2021.
Chef’s specially-prepared menu will include something for everyone, with a delectable two-course or three-course festive feast on offer.
The two-course lunch ($55pp) includes one entrée and main or a main and dessert; while the three-course option ($65pp) includes one entrée, main and dessert. Both the two-course and three-course lunches include your choice of a glass of wine, beer, soft drink or juice.
Entrées range from fresh prawns with grilled peach and rocket salad, to beef carpaccio with fried capers and parmesan croutons, and smoked lamb fillet with eggplant puree, capsicum gel and salsa verde.
Mains on offer include festive favourites such as honey glazed ham with roast potato, chicken breast with walnut stuffing, potato puree and cranberry jus, or beef eye fillet with hand-cut fries and bearnaise sauce.
And for dessert, there's classic Christmas pudding with brandy custard, pavlova with seasonal berries and fresh fruit, or flourless chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice-cream.
