Blush by Effervescence 2020
Effervescence returns to historic Hanworth House in October with the Blush by Effervescence Long Lunch, an afternoon of pink champagne and gourmet delights.
On Sunday, October 4, guests can paint the town pink while listening to live music and sipping rosé champagne in the beautiful grounds of Hanworth House in East Brisbane.
On arrival, guests will be greeted with a glass of rosé to enjoy in the garden, before being seated at long tables for an exquisite four course truffle lunch, paired with six rosé champagnes.
The indulgent menu, designed by Al'FreschCo Catering's Alastair McLeod (Chef and TV presenter), will feature mouth-watering fare such as hot-smoked ocean trout with crème fraiche, seaweed and native lime; chicken breast with Samford Valley mushrooms, lardons and champ potatoes; and pickled Wamuran strawberries with white chocolate cheesecake.
So, suit up gents, and ladies, frock up in your prettiest pink outfit for a fabulous bubbly afternoon honouring the world's most celebrated drink.

Nice to know - The event will again be supporting Mater Foundation ‘Chicks in Pink’ with a goal of raising $25,000 for this very worthy charity.
