The Australasian Embroidery Convention is coming to the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre from April 16 to 18, 2021.
Brisbane's embroiderers and craft lovers can experience three days of stitching bliss at this exciting event dedicated to everything embroidery, with hands-on classes, retailers and displays.
Since Covid-19, craft skills are booming and this convention is guaranteed to provide inspiration and temptation for crafters of all ages.
As well as a dedicated marketplace of retailers selling embroidery supplies for both hand and machine embroidery, attendees will be able to enter comps like the Pet Pawtrait embroidery competition.
While the jam-packed program of hands-on classes will include ribbon work, tambour, whitework, machine techniques and more with gorgeous projects to stitch, guided by top international and local teachers.
