Kids! Toys, equipment, furniture, books, games
BCC Treasure Troves
Brisbane City Council's Treasure Troves will feature everything your child could dream of, including children’s toys, equipment, furniture, books and games, on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October. All things children will be on display, with stores located in Geebung and Acacia Ridge.
There’s something for everyone at the Treasure Troves, look out for special finds on the shelves, with everything on display donated to ensure they get a second chance at life rather than ending up in landfill.
Council’s Treasure Troves are operated by the Endeavour Foundation, who provide opportunities to people living with a disability. By choosing to buy second-hand, you are saving money and helping to support a great charity, while keeping Brisbane clean and green.
If you’re interested in donating your pre-loved items to Council's Treasure Troves, visit one of Council's resource recovery centres. Donations are accepted 365 days a year, with items sorted at the recovery centres by staff before making their way to the Treasure Troves. This ensures all items are in saleable condition, with all profits raised going to the Endeavour Foundation.
