Mantra Twin Towns

Coolangatta

Coolangatta, located at the most southern tip of the Gold Coast, is the gateway between Queensland and New South Wales, and where better to base yourself to explore this richly diverse region than at Mantra Twin Towns.

Offering both stylish hotel-style rooms and spacious apartments (one-, two- and three-bedroom), Mantra Twin Town's accommodation range has just what you're after - whether it be a romantic weekend away for two, a family getaway or a mini-break for the girls.

From your private balcony, you'll enjoy stunning views out to Greenmount and up to Surfers Paradise, or inland through to the lush tropical Gold Coast hinterland. During May-November, you may even spot the passing whales.

As well as two full-sized outdoor tennis courts (with distractingly wonderful views), the resort sports two heated pools - one outdoors that also has a lap pool and heated spa integrated into the design, and an indoor pool that is adjacent to the well-equipped fitness centre and steam room.

For the kids (young and old) a games room is available, and something that not many resorts can boast - a mini-golf course. Balls and clubs are available free-of-charge from concierge and it's definitely a fun spot to spend an afternoon. Be prepared to be challenged!

The hotel foyer is where you will find Signatures Restaurant and Lobby Bar. Open for dinner Friday and Saturday nights a la carte, you will also enjoy one of the best buffet breakfasts available on the coast here, with a wonderful selection of hot and cold items, including make-your-own fresh juices, chef-cooked omelettes on order and everything in between. You will not walk out of here hungry.

Coolangatta offers many great dining options to explore, and all within a few minutes' stroll. Not to be missed is Twin Towns Services Club which is accessible via a private covered walkway between the buildings (which also means you don't need to go down to street level to cross the road - wonderful for families and for the elderly). It offers a vast range of eatery style options, some of which can be charged back to your room. Check with concierge for updated details.

It's not easy to spend only a day in the Coolangatta. With stunning beaches patrolled by Surf Life Saving Queensland - such as Coolangatta, Greenmount and Rainbow Beach - just a block away, and a myriad of natural wonders just a short drive, it won't take you long to realise that the southern Gold Coast region - just like Mantra Twin Towns - is the perfect coastal holiday spot to keep coming back to, far away from the hustle and bustle, yet still with everything you need to relax.

Nice to know - Mantra Twin Towns also has beautifully appointed, two-bedroom penthouse apartments if you're looking for a luxury getaway.

Need to know - Undercover parking is available (1 vehicle per room), all rooms have WiFi, reception is open 24-hours, and the property is just a short drive from Coolangatta Airport.
