Had the movie stars of the 1950s shopped in Paddington Sacha Drake’s flagship store would have been their first port of call.
Her striking feminine designs in a mix of classic mono and bold patterned fabrics are all about waists and hips and tailor made for the womanly hour glass figure that is back in vogue thanks to Mad Men.
While Sacha’s signature items are the ultimate black dress (worn in 20 ways), the reversible dress and cocktail and evening wear there are plenty of flirty day dresses, blouses, pencil skirts and cool maxi dresses to make the wearer stand out from the crowd.
Those lacking in the hourglass department needn’t worry as Sacha herself is frequently on hand to tailor and fit the clothes as required.
