Snacks or entrées include tempura fish sandwiches, confit pork on brioche buns, savoury churros and puffed rice crisps with smoked sesame cheese and semi-dried tomato.

Dishes designed to be shared range from fish (such as slow-cooked octopus with raspberry emulsion) and mouth-watering meat (like warm lamb salad with greens, mint and ricotta or Brisbane Valley quail served with sweet corn polenta) to plates of seasonal vegetables.
