Betty's Espresso
West End
BETTY'S ESPRESSO HAS MORPHED INTO @ORACLE TATTOO.
Located on Browning Street just off Boundary, Betty’s Espresso is bringing all the boys (and girls) to her yard with yummy milkshakes in fab flavours like peanut butter and jelly, salted caramel and Turkish delight; alongside retro-inspired drinks from cherry colas and Pasito spiders to homemade sodas and slushies in lychee, lime, watermelon, mango and more.
Housed in a cute cottage – complete with white picket fence – this cool and quirky cafe is where locals go to lounge on bean bags, drink Colombian Reserve coffee, spin vinyl and play board games like Scrabble, Yahtzee and Jenga.
After a big night out, head to Betty’s for a Berrocca and bagel. Try the Bagel of Filth - angus sausage, fried egg, bacon, cheese, tomato relish and chipotle hot sauce - or EGGS-ellent Adventure bagel - double egg, double cheese and chipotle. Or relax on the sunny veranda and enjoy one of Betty’s sweet treats - lemon creams, red velvet melting moments and macarons – or treat yourself to a banana split made with banana, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, ice magic, fresh cream, hundreds and thousands and a cherry on top.
Need to know: Betty’s caters for vegetarians and vegans with oat, rice, coconut, almond and Bonsoy milk available.
