Lego Educational Centre

South Brisbane

One of only three Lego Educational Centres in Australia, this mini construction world for ages 4-99 years can be found opposite the Brisbane Convention Centre.

Occupying two small rooms, one side is the workshop space, with tables piled high with lego awaiting construction and the other is essentially a lego shop with a couple of small activity tables to keep young hands and minds busy and parents wallets from being emptied whilst awaiting their turn next door.

Sessions are themed Machine & Mechanisms, with children able to explore and learn all about gears, pulleys, wheels and axels whilst building their own machines.

Saturday Fundays are the major drawcard here, with set timed 45 minute session at 1pm sharp. It's advisable to get in early for this as they fill up quickly (a max of 20 per class) and don't take pre-bookings.

Fundays $5 per person (up to 3 children with one adult).

LEGO Educational Centre also hosts school holiday programs and in addition is available for School Excursions, birthday parties and corporate team building events.
