Dark Shepherd

The Star Brisbane

Dark Shepherd is a contemporay lamb-focused Mediterranean restaurant by the Tassis Group, set to open on The Terrace within The Star Brisbane precinct at Queens Wharf.

Dark Shepherd The Star Brisbane

With Opa Bar + Mezze and Yamas Greek + Drink – two highly-successful Greek restaurants – already in his portfolio, Michael Tassis is excited to bring his Greek heritage to the new venue, but with a twist.

The venue, designed by Clui Design, will feature a sunken dining room, private dining room and live oyster shucking station.

Dark Shepherd The Star Brisbane

Dark Shepherd will be more Mediterranean than straight up Greek - serving classics and modern interpretations cooked over a wood-fired grill, emphasising exceptional produce, clever cooking techniques and punchy flavours in a highly-cultured dining experience. And in true Tassis form, seafood will also play an integral role on the menu.

Dark Shepherd The Star Brisbane

Slated for opening in September 2024, Dark Shepherd will be located on The Terrace (Level 4) of The Star Brisbane at Queen's Wharf Brisbane.
