Ungermann Brothers Ice-cream Parlour

Ungermann Brothers Ice Cream Parlour brings unique artisan ice-cream and electro swing to Ipswich’s heritage-listed technical college-turned foodie precinct.

Chequered floors, blue retro lounges and swinging good vibes, not to mention ice-cream worth travelling for are what you’ll find here at Ungermann Brothers Ice Cream Parlour, which is the creation of Masterchef runner up, Ben Ungermann and his brother Danny.

Ungermann Brothers Ice Cream Parlour

The brothers have established their very own range of gourmet ice cream and selected this gorgeous standout location in their home town, Ipswich, to showcase it.

Ungermann Brothers Ice Cream Parlour

There are fifteen flavors of hand crafted, preservative-free ice cream on offer including stand out "adult" favorites - lavender honeycomb, lemon, honey and thyme, Dutch spice, roasted garlic, or licorice and fennel. And for the kids, there is vanilla bean or fairy bread ice cream.

Ungermann Brothers Ice Cream Parlour

These unique artisan ice creams are available for purchase either through a take away window or directly inside the ice cream parlour. As an added bonus it is possible to watch the Ungermann Brothers ice cream being created at the kitchen onsite.

In A Nutshell - Enjoy Ben Ungermann's unique "adult" ice cream range while soaking up the electro swing vibe.

Need to know - There is a small car park located behind the Pumpyard Bar & Brewery complex accessible via South Street.
