Fiamme Trattoria offers elegant Italian wining and dining in the historic main restaurant strip of Albion.
Behind the red, white and green picket fence is a sophisticated restaurant with a swanky bar, chic wine racks and neat tables and lounges, taking the place from a comfortable daytime spot for coffee and lunch or takeaway to a refined restaurant for evening dining.
Authentic Italian pasta served here is delicate and created with much care and attention to detail.
Matched with the 2012 Dossello Curtefranca Bianco Chardonnay from Brescia in Italy, the squid ink ravioli showcases simple, fresh and delectable ingredients including crab, prawns and ricotta, while the Primi Piatti dishes act as a perfect starter to any of the generous wood fired pizzas.
Ending the evening with dessert and a bottle of sparkling moscato from Treviso in Italy, is must at Fiamme Trattoria. Of the delightful dishes on offer the lemoncello tiramisu is a standout, with its wonderful balance of vanilla cream and bursts of citrus.
In a nutshell: Fiamme Trattoria is an authentic Italian dining spot with elegance and decorum starting with the wait staff and flowing through to the refined cuisine.
