Pig and Kraut has popped up in South Bank’s Parklands, specialising in German sausages, Belgium style frites and iced tea. 

Located in the Central Café area, where Kapsali Greek restaurant used to stand, Pig and Kraut provides shaded seating with communal table or take-away and wander around the Parklands.

All sausages, made from locally sourced meat, are smoked for up to a week. Choose from spicy knackwurst, grilled bratwurst, cheese kranski and double smoked bockwurst, served on a freshly, baked bread roll with your choice of sauerkraut, onion and sauces.

Iced teas are brewed fresh from natural, loose-leaf blends and range from raspberry and peach to vintage lemon.
