Carolina Kitchen has spread its wings - buffalo wings to be exact - to bring some finger lickin' good US southern cuisine to the depths of leafy Graceville.
Located at the club house of Souths Graceville Rugby League Club, the kitchen is an ideal location for a relaxed after-game feed for families and surrounding locals.
The relaxed décor is ideal for diners, fit with astro-turf and an open kitchen – which of course, is a BBQ. The large tables are big enough to fit entire rugby teams, along with relaxed couch seating and bar seating where diners can sit and watch the game.
On the menu can be found all the American classics including cheese burgers, buffalo wings and New York fries. Favorite dishes are the New York Fries which are topped with a mince mix and sour cream.
The canteen is also licensed, pleasing parents as they can sit with a beer and watch the game. Carolina Kitchen serves typical American beer such as Budweiser and Coors Beer as well as a range of Australian favorites.
On the non-alcoholic front there's a new range of Sparkle beverages which includes alcoholic lemonade and ginger beer, along with a range of classic and American soft drinks available including Dr Pepper and Root Beer.
Need to know – There is an onsite carpark. Dogs are welcome.
