4fingers Crispy Chicken

Brisbane Cbd

4 Fingers Crispy Chicken in Brisbane CBD combines the flavours of Asian inspired crispy chicken within the atmosphere of a New York City subway.

The 4Fingers restaurant has a hip interior, with subway signs and Banksy inspired artwork from floor to ceiling. There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant, as well as outside under shady umbrellas.

Their menu is laden with chicken dishes, from crispy chicken packs to burgers, to rice boxes and even greens. Their signature crispy chicken feed is already a popular dish with diners; featuring a range of crispy wingettes and drumettes coated in your choice of soy garlic or hot chilli sauce.

4Fingers has also adopted the charcoal trend, featuring a finger licking good burger named the B.B.F.F that includes a breast of crispy chicken and salads, squashed between an artisanal Asian charcoal bun.

The Katsu Sandwich is recommended as a dish to try, featuring their signature chicken and dairy fermented kimchi coleslaw, wrapped in a crisped Chinese bun.

To quench the thirst, there is a fridge full of cold drinks as well as alcoholic beverages. Try their Yuzu Granita or Spiced Lime Granita for something a little different and delicious.

Need to know – Limited paid street parking is available.

Nice to know – 4Fingers originated in Singapore, yet now resides in Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia.
