Step inside the Richard Gailey designed 1880’s pub and the darkened interior is reminiscent of a pub on the British Isles. Keep walking through and tucked away at the back is a gritty brick walled beer garden with a nine metre long feature bar, day beds and a cool eclectic crowd.

Beyond the beer there’s a standard cocktail list and food is generic pub grub – wraps, pastas, pizzas, pies and burgers. On various days and nights all kinds of specials kick in – two dollar steaks on Sundays, Taco Tuesday and so forth – no doubt luring the backpackers in residence on the upper two floors out of their dorms.
