Roaming the city streets day and night is Brazilian food truck Vira Lata, a bright yellow truck with dog on its side serves authentic South American street food with a Portuguese twist. Try the Vira Lata signature sandwich with free range pork sausage (handmade using a secret family recipe), palm hearts, cheddar cheese, house made ketchup, kiss peppers, pickles and radishes topped with french fries and coriander.

Other options include The Vaca Loca (Crazy Cow), slow braised wagyu brisket on baguette with escabeche sauce and maasdam cheese, Nordestino, Brazilian haloumi with sugar cane sauce and pão de queijo, gluten-free traditional Brazilian cheese buns.

Tasty savoury snacks or salgadinhos, subject to availability, include coxinha (fried cassava dumplings filled with shredded paprika chicken and creme fraiche) and unha (Amazonian crab dumplings); while patrons can wet their whistle with Guaraná, a refreshing Brazilian soft drink.
